i went to have a specific issue looked at. i made it clear thats why i was there. they billed me for a cleaning without ever even attempting to address my concern. blatent malpractice
Disappointed with my recent filling experience here. I had fillings done on both sides last Thursday, and it’s been 5 days now—I still cannot chew anything without experiencing sharp pain. Because both sides hurt, I haven't been able to eat a proper meal all week and am forced to live on a liquid diet. When I called the clinic to report this urgent issue and request a simple bite adjustment, the earliest appointment they could offer me was three days later. One of the best dentist offices I have ever experienced! I appreciate they care bout the health of my teeth in every way. Thank you Doctor Ning Zhang, DMD 🥰🤗 They always have me in and out. And my teeth always look so fresh and clean. Writing this review on my mother's behalf. This place is the most unorganized and unprofessional dental practice. Taking advantage of seniors and brushing their concerns to the side. It's been almost 2 years and nothing is completed successfully. Appointments are constantly being forced to reschedule due to doctor schedule conflicts, coming to appointments on time means you still have to wait 60-90 minutes before being seen only to have an issue temporarily fixed which means another appointment is required.
