This place is honestly the worst. When you see a bad review, really pay attention. I saw them, I noticed it had terrible reviews, but I didn’t think they were real until I went. They never explained anything about the procedure. Every time I went in, they only told me they needed to do two fillings because I supposedly had two cavities, but they never even told me which teeth. MYKEESHA needs to be trained properly, TERRIBLE customer service, she kept answering the phone after I called several times and she was giving me the run around to call medi-cal to update the address and medi-cal said they didn’t do that! Then, when I called Access dental back it was HER again!! She said she was going to call them and make sure I got transferred to the correct dept, I waited waited and waited, she did a cold transfer! & by the time I was waiting, the line said they were currently closed!
