This is an incredibly unfortunate business. The leadership is terrible and the women in charge here are just plain mean. The counselors gossip with each other about patients and talk poorly about them and make fun of the patients that they see. They treat their admin staff terribly and as if they are below them. They are incredibly passive aggressive. I would never in 1 million years refer someone I know here. I contacted them as I had to complete an IOP. They said they would get my insurance approval, which never happened. They kept promising me they would get it, while they were charging me $225 for every session. Finally, I was told that the program would be $12000 since my insurance did not approve it, so the $775 I paid them and the passing weeks were wasted and they refused to refund me. Irene and her team helped us through one of the toughest times in our lives. It wasn't easy, but thanks to her, we're now on the other side. All i have to say is that Irene and her co workers are amazing!! the patience and the help they provided was amazing!! I truly cannot complain about how they treated me! because of their help and support, I’m getting what I need to do to take care of myself! Wonderful service, thank you guys !

I did not like the direction the therapist was forcing me into I tried to cancel but they wouldn't let me. Now I have scheduling conflicts and my kid who needs her doctor's appointment is going to have to cancel. Either that or I'll be charged 75 bucks that I don't have.
