Leaving a review on both accounts just to let yall know if you get Dr.Sifakis please request another one, left me absolutely shocked with the most rude encounter i ever had at this clinic. She came in a clearly bad mood and can’t handle her emotions.
The lady who drew my blood was aggressive with sticking the needle in my arm n pushed down on the cotton ball when she was done n i mean hard. She has no business being there if she going to try n hurt people.
Excellent service, consistently provided. Doctors and staff are capable, respectful, sensitive.
Very bad customer services, very discriminating towards other races, and the customer representatives on the phone are rude and have poor customer services. They don’t really seem to know how to help or solves any problems, and poor at explaining situations. I’m planning on taking my kids else where, because they don’t seem to care about my kids health rather than their pay.
