Very bad customer services, very discriminating towards other races, and the customer representatives on the phone are rude and have poor customer services. They don’t really seem to know how to help or solves any problems, and poor at explaining situations. I’m planning on taking my kids else where, because they don’t seem to care about my kids health rather than their pay.
1. I had dental work done, and the dentist that did it was rude and did not stop when I asked her to because she didn't believe I was in pain. And told me I didn't know what pain was. You could be screaming and kicking in pain and they won't listen to you. 2. The regular Dr.'s say they will send over referrals and such but they haven't, say they will call you about test results and don't, and they let me take an unnecessary medication for a week because they didn't care to call. Es la peor clínica a la q ellamado. Medice está embarazada no.Sólo para embarazadas. Oiga meduele mucho el oído es un dolor muy fuerte al abrir la boca el aire me lastima solo embarazadas como si ellas nada más tuvieran derecho a hora resulta q para q me puedan atender m tienen q preñar.
Won't accept any new patients who aren't either children or pregnant women, even though online it says they are accepting new patients.
