No communication. Scheduled 2 appointments that they never made me aware of. Secretary was very unfriendly. Very uncaring about my situation
They never answer the phone or call you back. it took me 6 months to get an appointment and when i finally went, i had a "substitute" dentist who had never worked there before and had no clue how anything worked. So i unfortunately was not able to even get done what i needed done. i used to love this dental office a few years ago. they were extremely quick to get me in, I'd even had same day appointments, but now its a minimum 3 month wait no matter the issue and that's if you can even get ahold of anyone. it seems that over... read more
Poor customer service. Made a friend of mine wait an hour with an appointment. It's very hard to get a appointment in general, just to get there to receive poor treatment. Told her she was initially supposed to get a consultation and tooth filling. Numbed her mouth just to tell my friend she couldn't get the filling because the didn't have enough time to complete it. Spoke to someone name Janneth and told me if she is unhappy with the service she could go someone else. Just unprofessional.
