They were very prompt in returning my email. Kept in contact with me even when another buy was trying to finance the car. Once sold I was contacted again and thanked for using their service and that if they got the same type of vehicle in they would contact me again. Great service. Donât see this often in my opinion from many dealerships.

Friendly, helpful, informative and not high pressure. The salesman let me take the car for a test drive and take my time looking the car over. The owner Issac even gave me a ride to my bus stop! A wide variety of makes and models for all price points. Highly recommend visiting this dealership.
Very pleasant to work with
I met with them because they had a Jeep I was interested in. I got turned down for financing but the gentleman I was working with said he’d see what he could do, and call me back. I didn’t hear from him so they next day I called. The man who answered the phone said he’d give him the message, but I never heard back. I went to a dealership, got financed without a problem and now have an even better Jeep Renegade.
The experience with Access Auto was phenomenal. They were straight up with me since the beginning and not once did I feel pressured. Every employee that I personally dealt with treated me with respect and answered any questions. If they couldn't answer me, they got me answers. I highly recommend anyone looking for a clean and unique vehicle to give these guys a call or just stop by. Thank you Access Auto!
They were very rude when I was asking questions and more details about a car I was interested in. They were short and said it with attitude. I didn't even want to buy a car from them anymore. I took my business else where
