I always have a great experience with Access Allergy. They are efficient and Dr Martinez explains the procedure and instructions very clearly. Would highly recommend!
The hospitality starts from the moment you walk in the door! The atmosphere is so cozy it doesn't feel like a doctors office, each room has a comfy recliner and a sound machine playing soft music. The care from Dr. Martinez was phenomenal, I was finally heard on the concerns for my son. He listened and our treatment plan is working, praise God!
This office is knowledgeable and efficient. Plus, there is a warmth and care that is not characteristic of some provider offices. I had called another provider or two in town when first exploring my provider list and the contrast convinced me to schedule with Access Allergy and Immunology in Tyler. My experiences with Henry Martinez, PA-C and the staff has exceeded all of my expectations for excellent care and service.
