We signed on with Access Accounting in early June, and in just 4 months of working with them we experienced more discrepancies and errors than the bookkeeper we'd had prior for over 2 years. We've worked with access accounting for the last few years with several issues from filing excise tax late twice costing us over $1000 Total in penalties. They were very slow to file my income tax also, i sent in all tax docs in February and it wasn't filed until October, took them 8 months! Looking back and checking how they've billed us there are many inconsistencies, double billings, credits were promised and not given. We came to Ken literally last minute to do our tax return after filing for an extension and still not being able to do it on Turbo Tax. We just couldn't figure out how to account for some stocks that we have. On top of that we have a small business and a rental property that we started renting in that tax year (2014). Ken was able to bring down our debt from $7K (how much we filed the first time around), to $2K, so now we expect to receive the difference. Highly recommend!
