The absolute worst customer service EVER. Our downtown Portland business has been dealing with so many instances of them charging us for services we did not request from Access over the past 18 months that I finally threw my hands up and told them to close out our account. A simple request, right? Nope. Even that has been an incredible nightmare that I have not yet woken up from... Where I work
I needed shredding done for a business and received a bid from this company. I told them approximately how many boxes I had and was told a price. They were supposed to be here on a Wed but had to cancel and then came on Thursday. The guy was here promptly at 8:00, which was nice. He worked for about 15-20 minutes to finish all the shredding. When he came to collect the bill it was more than double the estimate. He said I "lied" about how many boxes I had. SO I went to see how many were there. It was actually less than I had ... read more
