Great professional business! Friendly staff.
The absolute worst customer service EVER. Our downtown Portland business has been dealing with so many instances of them charging us for services we did not request from Access over the past 18 months that I finally threw my hands up and told them to close out our account. A simple request, right? Nope. Even that has been an incredible nightmare that I have not yet woken up from...
