I asked several time do I have both policies I was requesting even asked was she going to ready the disclosure for the second policy she Assured that we already went over that information and that everything was ready for purchase, then told me to call her back and she would talk to the company she signed me up with to fix the policy all to email there information and told me to call myself cause she won’t be in office.
