Susana at the Dade city location always takes great care of me when I call. The past few months I have had to switch cars, change address on policy & she always makes it a nice smooth process. Very professional and great customer service all the time! I actually use to go to the Clearwater location and was with them for 5 years and recently this year switch to the Dade city location just because how easy it is to get ahold of them & the great service provided.
Lina was a great help! She was very professional, and was straight to the point. Awesome customer service in both English AND Spanish. Gracias Lina!
