I have been working with Jeff for all my vehicle insurance needs for the last few years! I have sent him many referrals, and everybody has always been really happy with him. He’s personable, knowledgeable & quick, and has always given me amazing rates and answers any and all questions I have with patience. I will never use another insurance company.
I had a terrible experience with Jeffrey That works off Emerson. Had multiple big mistakes that cost me a lot of money; luckily after talking to their support team was able to give me a refund after months of this person messing up my policy. That’s why I’m giving them two instead of one star. Don’t think it’s a bad company, but if you’re going here do not go through anyone named Jeff !!!
