The client care coordinator I spoke to named Jazmine was so kind and amazing! She was very knowledgeable of many questions we had asked and it put us at ease. This made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Her personality is contagious and she takes the stress out of the unknown as we call for our loved ones to be cared for by walking us through everything.
AccentCare has been amazing with helping me get my aunt care. I live across the country and need help with getting her care. They were absolutely amazing. Keeping me informed of the everything that was going on. I have such a comfort level that she is being take care of. Ruth especially was the BEST!!!! I would highly recommend AccentCare as caregivers for you loved ones!!!!
After 2 years of repeatedly asking them to remove my number from their account I still get phone calls for an employee of theirs and voicemails with sensitive patient information. I’ve informed them that said employee doesn’t have my number anymore they apologize and say they’ll remove it but for whatever reason they continue to call and text.
