Terrible experience, horrible staff
While the facility is clean and nice, the staff and resources are generally poor and lacking. There was one good nurse, and I thank her for her services. She was literally running from room to room. When I asked one of the staff attending to the patients who was not a nurse for help with my dad, I brought certain things to her attention and she said that was not her job, that was the nurse's job. I asked her to please alert the nurse. I told her I may only have a couple days left with my father and I wanted him to be comfort... read more
