Completely incompetent staff. Christina, Mindy, and the manager (if that was even her) are unprofessional, non empathetic, and completely careless. They try to pawn off their patients after they die to any funeral home willing to take them without any proper contact or paperwork or information. Would never recommend this hospice to anyone. If i could leave zero stars i would
AccentCare cared for my mom while she was in a nursing home and then transferred her to their inpatient unit when needed. From the first meeting I had with them until the last day they went above and beyond for my mom and for the family. We couldn't appreciate more the care and attention they gave her.
The staff is very caring to both the patients and their loved ones.
My uncle was cared for by the inpatient hospice team twice while on hospice for 5 months. They were very attentive and communicated about his plan of care. The team at the inpatient center and in the community are truly angels. Forever grateful.
My grandmother was transported to the hospice inpatient unit under Accent Care. It was one of the best decisions that my family made for her. She looked to be in agony over at the hospital and once transported to the unit, she received excellent comfort care. She went peacefully and with her dignity still in tact. Thank you so much to the Accent care team for taking such good care of my grandmother. ❤️
