I had the (dis)pleasure of using this company for in-care services and PT for my Loved One. These people drove me berserk. There were some good employees and some bad ones. They treated me like crap. They do not respect your time. The schedule is at their discretion without any regard to your schedule. I had to kick Jackson from home and told him never to return because of his bad attitude. This is a horrible place to get help. I had a home care provider come in on her second day she stole a necklace and two rings from my home. This office said they couldn't do anything, because they belonged to my husband and he wasn't the client. I made a police report. The ot and PT and nurses did good. I need help in my home but don't trust them. I only gave them a star or they would not take my review..
Unreliable! That sums up their Personal Care Service. I have had AccentCare/Texas Health (Parent company) for five days now to help my Mother. They have only showed up two out of the five days. The days they did not show up I had to spend hours between waiting and constantly calling for an update only to be left with no one to help take care of my Mother.
