We were surrounded by support and confront the minute the Hospice team walked into our home. I can't thank my moms primary nurse, Susan Sar and her health aide Isathe Sesay for everything the did for my mom and us, includingmuch needed hugs. You both are truly angels. I absolutely recommend accentcare in your time of need.
Accent care was administering services hospice services for a client of mine (in winter 2022). The services weren't reliable some of the home health care aides showed up in regular clothing. The home healthcare aid and the rn had serious attitudes and didn't want to properly fill out the client care book. They were very limited on services they provide to the client. Hospice was offered for additional support for my Mom back in December by the Nursing Home. Once we chose Accent Care, they would visit my Mother at the nursing home once a week, sometimes twice. In about a week or 2 we changed nursing homes and the visits continued. My moms gate was off so walking was a struggle is the only reason why the nursing home offered AC for "additional support" they also continued to say that people graduated from hospice.
