This has been a horrific ordeal for my Mother and family. Accent care was assigned to us by SAH as Mother was dreamed "hospice worthy" and I wanted to have her at home. My Mom developed bedsores and bilateral heel ulcerations during her hospital stay. Accent came into our home to help. On her first visit, the male nurse stated she would be dead by Christmas. I really hate to leave a bad review but hopefully this helps other families. Accent was recommended by a good friend due to the care her loved one received. The admission process was very smooth. Once admitted I have to say the care was sub par. Frustration began with the nursing staff. Different nurse each visit, same requests made each time. We were surrounded by support and confront the minute the Hospice team walked into our home. I can't thank my moms primary nurse, Susan Sar and her health aide Isathe Sesay for everything the did for my mom and us, includingmuch needed hugs. You both are truly angels. I absolutely recommend accentcare in your time of need.

Accent care was administering services hospice services for a client of mine (in winter 2022). The services weren't reliable some of the home health care aides showed up in regular clothing. The home healthcare aid and the rn had serious attitudes and didn't want to properly fill out the client care book. They were very limited on services they provide to the client.
