If you’re looking for a caregiver that doesn’t actually give care than look no further. Had this agency for my grandmother and there were quite a few caregivers that would be constantly late and leave early and hardly did work. Most of the ones that did come would pretty much sit down and watch tv or be on their phones. I had a phone interview with Marcela Garcia. I thought everything went well, I moved forward with the hiring process went for a physical where Marcella sent me, I did not pass and I knew it was odd I mentioned to her this was incorrect as I’m completely capable of preforming what is asked I’ve never not passed a physical. She denied me employment. Avoid this agency at all costs!! The first day with them and first care person they sent me stole from me big time!! She ripped a couple checks from a book in an office drawer and cashed them in her name in only 2 hours in my house. This was to the tune of $2100!! Including changing one of the checks from $500 to $800 and redepositing it! She had only been on the job 4 months and recently from Mexico. Why I got her I have no idea.
