Highly recommend this agency!! My mother requires 4 weeks of home antibiotics and the company we originally had was highly disorganized, and ended up not even being able to provide my mom the services we needed. Excellent service from both physical therapist that I had. They were both very knowledgeable and explained everything about what I was doing in rehab. The nurse was very caring and helpful. I would highly recommend accentcare for home care. They are a 10 out of 10 for me. Theresa McPherson
I would not recommend using this company. There are several others that offer consistent service. The therapist and nurse s were very good however, the overall scheduling and staffing was terrible. I have had 2 knee replacements and two back surgeries, each time, I was sent home with home care. I had no problem. My 95 year old mom was sent home with accent health and there has been repeated issues with scheduling, despite my reaching out to supervisors on two separate occasions. I will not recommend this agency. We were scheduled nursing to show up and at the last minute we were informed they do not service Lake Orion area.
