My complaint is to whoever decided to change the patient zones has caused issues for the patiens. Patients who live in Hutto TX that were receiving visits from the Round Rock office now have to go through the Hutto office and Accent refuses to allow those patients to return to the Round Rock office. My family member has a difficult catheter issue when inserted that only her regular nurse out of the Round Rock office knew how to change. Chase has been very respectful and works very consistently at the goal that was set in the beginning. Very patient and therapy has been making great progress.
