I have a wonderful physical therapist. His name is Chase Hughes. He know how to encourage me and even push me when I’m not performing well. His is also kind and understanding when I’m not feeling 100%. I don’t believe I would have progressed this far without him in my corner. Thank you Chase!

My complaint is to whoever decided to change the patient zones has caused issues for the patiens. Patients who live in Hutto TX that were receiving visits from the Round Rock office now have to go through the Hutto office and Accent refuses to allow those patients to return to the Round Rock office. My family member has a difficult catheter issue when inserted that only her regular nurse out of the Round Rock office knew how to change.
