This place was a colossal failure in their care. First of all, I called multiple times to talk to their administrator Betsy Keefover, who apparently does not have a direct line or voicemail to be able to speak and relay our concerns to her. Anytime I called I had to leave a message with someone on the other side who clearly was not taking down the message.
