This company’s hiring practices are inherently exclusionary and harmful for the American worker and even the patient. Their policies help increase the knowledge and training gap by putting in place exclusionary rules and refusal to provide basic training. Not a good company.
I was not happy with the service
Accent Care Home Health Services is truly an unsung agency in Decatur Georgia. I have enjoyed their Home Heath Services for over 5 years. Their professionalism, knowledge and caring is five Stars!!
No communication between staff members about when they were to show up. Received expensive medical supplies that were not suited to my condition. Received dressing for drain site 3 days after drain removed. These people have no clue
My mom was referred to this service. They were disorganized at best. During a time I was working less hours her therapist was able to come all but one week they were meant to. It was a positive experience for her. She was meant to have a second round of physical therapy and occupational therapy. On just one day the physical therapist and occupational therapist came to my home without scheduling. After this, my schedule reduced to having availability from 8-9:30 a.m..
