Very rude staff, missed a very serious, large and obvious leaking infection on patient, lied to ER staff about continuing care and visiting patient same or next day then told patient they had to go do a face to face with PCP before continuing care. When the company was informed we were going to switch providers, I was very rudely and unprofessionally told “toodles.” Do not use if you have any other options.

I would just suggest you check on your loved ones, especially if you live out of state. Very poor management of their patients and they lack the ability to identify signs of neglect/abuse. They lack caregiver oversight to ensure they are provide adequate care. They do not follow Texas mantory reporting laws. Lack oversight to ensure fraud isn't occurring.
