There are 1numerous issues here. This was the only co that took our humana for PT or OT. 1. My husband is bedridden. Unvaccinated, since I cannot get him anywhere. I'm fanatical about not letting in anyone that is unvaccinated Accent not only sent a PT that was unvaccinated, wgen I called, they snottily infirmed me that durme to HIPPA, they werent allowed to ask their staff about vaccine status. Accentcare briefly provided in home rehabilitation care for my wife. They were the absolute worst. Without value. From beginning to end, awful.

The RNS are Threatening Bullies. Doesn’t help to raise concerns, if you do the Clinical Manager makes you feel like the patient is the problem. Would NEVER recommend someone I know hire this agency.
I'll never let this company care for any of my family!
