We are working with them now and they are not very attentive to our patient needs. We brought mom home which they knew but still send meds to past rehab center. Finding it hard to get ahold of nurses and Chaplin. Not impressed with them during this difficult time . No one reaches out to us we feel like we have to chase everything down. I would not recommend this hospice care . We feel very alone
My family cannot thank this wonderful organization for all the help that was given not only to my father but my brother who was my daddios man caretaker! We never once had to reach out to them. They were always making sure we had everything we needed to care for my father. I want to give a shout out to Shelley our nurse, Gwen our C.N.A. and Julia our social worker. You sent a wonderful nurse, Michelle, to admit my dad to hospice today. I am an RN Case Manager with 15 years experience, who works for another hospice out of town. If everyone on your staff is as personable and compassionate about what they do, as she is, I have no reservations giving you 5 stars.
The care I have received from Accent care has been amazing! My nurses Michelle and Fred and My CNA Katonia work so hard to give me the best care. I feel so safe in their care and they always go above and beyond. If I need medication, Fred makes sure I get it even if he has to work extra.hard. Katonia works very hard to make sure I’m very comfortable from my first showering experience to now being bedridden. She’s so amazing. I’m so happy to have them. I recommend them to anyone.
