I can only say one good thing about this company, and that is they have one nurse who really cares (and she may not even work there anymore because they targeted her with special harassment due to her going the extra mile for the patient, and now she has been MIA for months). Good luck with the rest of it. If you have options, use them.
I met one of their caregivers yesterday and when I walked through the front door of the clients home, she was ignoring him and playing on her cell phone. She was there for over an hour and didnt offer to make him breakfast or anything. She wasnt engaging in conversation with him, she was enjoying sitting there, doing nothing and getting paid. He needed to eat, he needed a shower, and she didnt bother to ask him if he wanted either of those. Feeding and assisting clients in personal hygiene is the BARE minimum. I wouldnt hire... read more
This is a fantastic provider of in-home healthcare. My husband used their services after a recent surgery. The PT people were well qualified, kind, compassionate, and just wonderful people to be around. They were consistently on schedule and communicated well. I highly recommend them.
These guys provide excellent care and physical therapy. It feels great knowing your workers have lots of training and people skills to cheer up the old folks they work with. Just working on mobility and independence gives people a bit of dignity and the personal attention takes away the stigma of being in a care home in their twilight years.
