My husband was released from physical therapy rehabilitation and we had In home services provided by this agency. The occupational therapists were good. We never got a physical therapist but the nurses were horrific. The main nurse we dealt with was Roxanne; my husband had a stage 2 pressure ulcer which she did not take care of despite being asked. Physical therapy and occupational therapy,speech therapy and my personal favorite my mental therapist Chelsea Smith have all been great
i am very disappointed with Accent Care. They have fired two RNs who were helping my husband and have now left us in the lurch. I loved their nurses that they fired and they have excellent physical therapists and occupational therapists. I am feeling as if we can not depend on their skilled nursing. This is very distressing.
