Avoid this agency at all costs!! The first day with them and first care person they sent me stole from me big time!! She ripped a couple checks from a book in an office drawer and cashed them in her name in only 2 hours in my house. This was to the tune of $2100!! Including changing one of the checks from $500 to $800 and redepositing it! She had only been on the job 4 months and recently from Mexico. Why I got her I have no idea. I would give AccentCare ZERO stars if possible. They seem more concerned with suppressing negative reviews on Google than providing genuine care. As a paralyzed stroke survivor needing extensive assistance, I've found they prioritize profit over creating a safe, supportive environment. Instead of ensuring proper care and level of assistance, they opt for minimal effort.
