My wife and I booked our first trip to Europe through Carol, one of the reps at Accent Travel. Being our first time in Europe, we were unsure of a lot of things: where to stay, how much to pay, how to get around, etc. We spoke with Carol and she set it up. Anthony has helped me book a few vacations. Gave me great recommendations for hotels and worked with me for flights until we found something that worked. At the Atlantis we were upgraded to an ocean view in the Royal Tower and free wifi. Kids were upgraded from the Beach Tower to the Coral Tower and also free wifi. Anthony is quick to reply to emails and returning calls. If he wasn't there Ray was very helpful answering any questions I had.
Always great service. Have worked with Eileen several times and she is fantastic. In September - October, 2017 she helped us arrange our two week tour of Ireland and it went very smoothly. She offered us tour suggestions, and we also gave here some specifics on what we wanted to see. She then arranged air travel, hotels, ground travel by train, and tour guides. Everything went as planned, and we had a wonderful time. Accent has previously help us have with successful trips to Western Europe and to South America.
