they managed our property when we where out of state for 3 years , when we moved back in we found tons of damages, missing items, could not produce all the keys we left them with, and still are fighting to get things right and we moved back in 6 months ago. they did not hold the tenants responsible and did an inspection and told us everything looked great. we moved back in 2 months after the tenant moved out and there was still food in the cabinets. trash everywhere. holes in the celling and walls. My wife and I just moved out of a house that Accent managed. What a joke. My wife is in the military as I am not. I am actually in the property management business myself so my standards were high. I got real disappointed. It takes FOREVER to get a maintenance request finished and the maintenance guys they do send their, are not that qualified. They managed my house for three years and upon the last tenant move out, I was able to inspect my house (I had been out of the area). There were many damages that had occurred to the house over the three previous tenants and those tenants were not held responsible. Accent finally agreed to pay for those repairs, but it took 2 months. By the time the repairs were complete, it was mid-September and the PCS season was over. They manage a property at 307 Cornsilk Ct, Jacksonville, NC and allow 5-7 single young Marines to live there eventhough this is a single family property w/4 bedrooms. These Marines are slobs with trash in the front yard, an unauthorized dog, 5-7 vehicles and trailer. In spite of several phone calls to their property management folks-nothing has been done. Do not let them manage your property unless you want it tore up from the inside out!
