Was sad that the medicine he had a Richardson pharmacy prepare for me never arrived.
Still waiting on my call back to discuss some issues with a member of office staff. It's very upsetting when a front desk staff wants to argue with a patient about signing a form. It's also disheartening when I'm told one thing by the doctor and the TOTAL OPPOSITE by the front desk staff. Monica informed me I would be getting a call back but my phone has yet to ring. I'm also curious how my "discounted rate" is the same price as others?
I saw Dr. Ganz and he literally saw me for 2 mins. He made me feel very rushed. He then told me I needed to buy $45 insoles for my shoes. Then was told my boot was covered by insurance and then when I checked out it was not. Then he gives me a prescription that's not covered. Plus why asked for a pharmacy phone number when you use your own mail order pharmacy. I guess I will get my meds 5 days after my appointment. I felt like this place just wanted to take my money!
Disagree with this facility. over charge rep off.
The staff at Accent Podiatry is exceptional. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and have been treated in the office & had surgical procedures. The staff has taken care of my every need in a very professional, caring manner. I would highly recommend Dr Bhakta, his associates and entire staff at both Mansfield and Arlington clinics.
This podiatrist in my opinion is a quack. I went to him because I could barely walk, and after several x-rays was told it was metatarsal problems. Every month I went in , and he injected cortisone shots in my feet, then charged my Insurance Company for surgery charges. Needless to say I got a second opinion with a great podiatrist , and come to find out I had Tangled flared up nerves in both of my feet. turns out I did have to have surgery, and thanks to Dr. Carpenter I can walk without pain.
Dr. Ganz has helped me so much with the pain I have been experiencing. He has a very gentle spirit, is willing to listen, explain why my foot is struggling, and what his plan will do for it. He does not rush. I like that. he recently convinced me that rather than a cortisone shot, what I really needed to do was tape a couple of toes together. Amazing! It is working. I am very grateful to be getting better. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor! (And I am a nurse. And you may know how picky we are about doctors:) )
