Reliable – Accent on Eyewear just did my new trifocal lenses and they gladly used my old frame. Although trifocals are difficult to make, both lenses are perfect. The staff is courteous and patient, and small repairs (missing screw or a nose-pad) on my other glasses are always made at no charge.

Not what they used to be. – I have been a customer twice before but the third time wasn't a charm. I went to Accent on Eyewear for glasses because they have supplied me with Zeiss lenses before and I prefer them to Varilux. I had a series of meetings coming up and they promised me new glasses in less than a week and a half. When two weeks had gone by I called and they said it would be another few days to a week. steer clear – These people try and upsell $600 frames, don't allow you to try frames on unless they've selected them, bully you when you dare to ask for something different, and totally fail to help you get what you need. Three months since my initial visit, I am suffering from eye strain and headaches because they failed to get my frames, lenses or clip-ons right.
