Typically, the words motel and cute don’t go together in my mind, but this place was awesome. The attention to detail was top-notch, the rooms were spotless, and the service was second to none. It’s a great, accessible location to the airport, downtown Victoria, and Sydney.

Negative experience when trying to call in to the hotel to inquire about rates. I was tranferred, disconnected, and transferred arotund 3 times. When trying to explain the situation to the front desk, I received a bit of a brush off with little care about providing good serice or lisiting to my issue. Major flaw in the customer user experience.
