This was a great place to stay in Victoria. The gym was decent and all the necessary amenities were available. We were there on work related purposes and appreciated having a room close to the parking lot, eliminating the need to use the lobby frequently.
We booked two nights for my son’s volleyball tournament, unfortunately, my son started to have a high fever unexpectedly the next day morning , so we have to think about going back home. After i told the front desk about the situation, he agreed to refund us the second night although it was a late cancellation. We really appreciated it and we will come back when there is a chance to come to Victoria next time . Thank you .
