We have been waiting for a lift recliner chair for my mother-in-law since May. It is now September and it still has not been ordered. We keep following up on the status and just keep being given excuses. Apparently the General manager has to approve it and this is where the current hold up is. What a waste of GM's time to approve a chair. They need to refine their process as the one they have in place now, does not work. Would not recommend this company !

I have found Accent care easy to deal with and am happy with the support at home I receive from them It.s a comfort to know that my welfare support is helping me stay in my home as long as I can .Anna my support care rings often to check on how I am going and if I need anything .
