Subpar work is already failing only two and half years later. The grouting around the tub was done incorrectly, and the wrong type of joint compound was used as well.

We had failed grout in the tub surround of our bath that we wanted tor replace with a solid surround. We contacted many contractors but they were not interested in the job if we didn’t also replace the bathtub. The tub was a cast iron one in great condition and we did not want to replace it. We went to Beissel’s showroom and found what we wanted. We worked with Jason Spencer, who provided an initial quote and then came to our condo to do a measure. A guy named Bernie came to our house and spent about 45 minutes to measure the project and explain things and we thought we found the right guy for the job. Wrong! This company and the guy are just a joke. He told us he will give us a price quote in two weeks but he never did. I called him after two weeks and he said he will call me back the next week.
