double booking kids not telling the parents that you appt. time not really the true time and they try to hold you there for 4 hours

Carter Todd was so amazing with my son for his teeth cleaning. My son has ADHD and Sensory and he was very patient and took his time with him. You could tell he really cared. My son usually has a hard time but this was his best visit. I will definitely be asking for him again. Thanks again Mr. Todd!
3 strikes and your out with me....The building smells, appt time passed, and cant be in room during treatment with my child!!!
I am very happy with this office! But when I read through the reviews I was nervous about going to the appointment. A few people made comments that scared me. I think that the negative comments were WAY off base. There were some crazies in the waiting room. Complaining about wait times? Ok, I had to wait...but where don't I have to wait? I wait for my nail girl for up to 45 minutes some days! I go to a restaurant and wait for a meal. I wait for my husband to mow the grass. You get it.
