FIND ANOTHER BUILDER! – contracted with John last may 2010 to build our luxury custom home, was suppised to be completed in january 2011, not finished until june, moved in with long list of punch items even after multiple requests. sadly, he charged us 'extra' for so many things that should have been included in "luxury". $19,000 extra costs for flooring- he mis calculated footage therefore only allotted $2.24 SQ FT for all tile, wood and carpeting including installation, yet, tile install ONLY was $4 SQ FT . not sure how th... read more
