It took 59 days from ordering at Home Depot to install of our kitchen countertops. I reached out numerous times by email and they were quick to respond but it seemed to always be something. Had they communicated earlier that the slab was bad then we could have chosen a different color to speed up the process. RecommendedDecided to replace a counter top in our rental home with granite and on the day of installation the Home Depot hired Accent Interiors, which destroyed 7 cabinets while removing our old countertop with a crowbar and hammer. Then we were told that the cabinets are not leveled and we need to remove and re-position so they are leveled. When we complained that the cabinets are ruined and we want our money back and will move on with a new vendor, Home Depot is not refunding our money of $3400. We utilized Accent interiors custom Granite services through Floor & Decor. We were so happy with the finished product. Accent's precise templating and accuracy made for a perfect install. The installers were very professional, courteous, and careful. We just can't get over how beautiful our Granite counters turned out. We would highly Recommend Accent Interiors.

The team sent to help us were excellent! Eric Calder came out to measure for our new countertops. A few days later the exact measurements for the granite team were taken with a laser mechanism. We were notified when the install would take place and again the day before just to make sure we were still on schedule. The team sent to install did a fantastic job and cleaned thoroughly when they left. Our countertops are beautiful! Thank you Accent Interiors!
I used Debbie Lloyd who was sooo helpful to us. We had a tight budget and she was able to find what we wanted and stay within our price range. Once I made a decision the process was quick. I appreciated the text messages they sent to update me rather then phone calls which I was likely to miss. I have one seam in my countertops that is barely visable, and that made me happy because I have seen some peoples seams and they are very obvious.
