Horrible bully of a company! Broke two granite slabs and refused to honor the warranty. Avoid this company like the plague!!!!
The Managers are hacks, Don't know that much about tools. Also refuse to buy the tools that every other shop runs in town. They could Actually use a Real polisher like every other company, So let me explain. A polisher typically spins at 4000-5500 RPM and you set it at like 4000 rpm or 500 or 3000. It'll stay at that rpm no matter what. Consistently. Instead they use a paddle type of air grinder that is 100% inconsistent in RPM and you can never make a straight line with a tool like that. Horrible company. My parents worked with them through Home depot. They insisted that $250 extra was to be paid because the slab was 4×7 and needed more people to carry it. They broke the slab when carrying it in the house, and instead of finishing the other 2 slabs, they left as fast as they could. They then demanded that they shave off the broken part or my parent have to agree to a seem in the new slab. My counter tops look beautiful. Very proffessional and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Installers were wonderful and answered all my questions. I would definetly recommend Accent Interiors.
We ordered countertops thru Home Depot. Accent is their supplier. when the installer came with the countertop it was Not what we ordered. Not HDs fault. Total screwup on Accent's part. Wrong color and wrong finish. Should have been polished and it came in leather. When I called Accent's local office I was told the slabs are not a consistent color throughout. well I guess the finish isn't consistent either. I was told they would call me right back. If you have to use Accent here's what I wish I'd known 5 months ago when I'd started. 1. Review every measurement yourself every time. They're not paid to be accurate, they're paid to complete the job. 2. Make sure your sales purchase agreement has a deadline, penalties for missing the deadline, and terms for canceling the agreement. 3.
