This review is a follow on from my Google Review which I can no longer update. I have awarded a 1 STAR only because Birdseye Reviews will not allow you to post without giving some sort of rating. If zero were an option I would happily have selected it. Our BOD at BCVE selected this company after a miserable prior experience at Propvest (Irvine, CA) another ZERO star experience which should tell you that our Board of Directors clearly didn't learn from its mistakes and that there is more than one bad apple out there to pic... read more
Worst property management company in history they lose your checks they don't care not really willing to work with you the wonder they have a 2-star rating they should all be fired
