They are just always there when ever I have a need for something. As far as my rent, or maintenance. My building is so quiet. When I go to bed at night it's as if the whole bldg is asleep to,.Lol. None the less, It started with meeting Michelle who was the nicest lady ever! Then there has been Ashley which has just been so nice to me, very caring. I appreciate all that you all do for me!
Can’t wait to leave this place- staff & maintenance could care less about serious issues in these buildings. They aren’t “completely remodeled” either like they advertise. These apartments are quick fix ups to get people to move in. They tell you to communicate or call instead of text- yet EVERY single time I’ve called this place they don’t answer. After 6+ months of calling about a ridiculously loud music complaint and calling the police on occasions as well, they have done nothing to stop or remove a tenant in the next building from blaring music throughout the day , disrupting the entire building and neighboring buildings . Very sad excuse for any kind of care whatsoever . Would not recommend living at Woodhue apartments.
If you ask me, Acceleration property are the best to rent from my heat stopped working. I didn’t have hot water. One of The owners came out himself couldn’t get the problem solved. He tried his hardest to get the heat to work, he even went and got an electric heater from the other owners Home and brought it here that still wouldn’t work.
