My experience with Acceleration wasn’t the best. When I first walked in, I greeted a staff member, but he was initially reluctant to help me purchase a membership. He asked me, “What do you want?” in a rather cold tone. I explained that I wanted to buy a membership based on Kozoris’s recommendation, but instead of assisting me right away, he started lecturing me about manners and implying that I was doing something wrong. Nice gym but only seems beneficial if you are a teenage boy. Got a pretty cold greeting, i asked for a tour i was told “no, you can walk around yourself”, after i had texted ahead of time. I had to ask other people in the gym where the bands and other equipment was. I felt looked down on because i wasn’t a boy or a hockey player. It’s also pretty much just filled with teenage boys in a very small space, not a negative thing, just a warning for others.
