Arrived 7 min before closing tonight. The girl in the front was nice and checking us in I was filling out paper work and emailing my ins card to get my son checked in. Then Samantha came in from the back and said the office was at capacity for the night. When we arrived there was one car in the parking lot and while we were in the office one patient exited, leaving no cars in the parking lot other than ours. I always get well when I go there. It just takes a long time to get the medicine. Never seem to have enough doctors but well worth it by the time you see one.
The staff and doctors at this site were absolutely amazing! Very professional and friendly. Completely different experience from the rude and unfriendly staff at the wildomar UC!
The staff were amazing super nice and helpful! I had no wait time on Sunday early afternoon. I was in and out in under an hour and this included x-rays! The Dr. was comfortable to talk with which is a big plus for me because DR.’s always scare me lol…hopefully I won’t need another visit anytime soon but would definitely go back there if needed! Office is beautiful and very clean!
