We had a very disappointing experience with Accelerated Urgent Care. We took my son to the Shaw location because he was having knee pain and were told he needed an X-ray. Unfortunately, they did not have an X-ray technician on site, so they sent us to the Blackstone location. We arrived at the Blackstone location around 7:00 PM. There was only one X-ray technician, and the process was extremely slow. I would give it zero stars if I could. What’s the point of having an appointment if they still take over an hour just to get seen . I would definitely not recommend this place at all .
Clean offices. Friendly staff. Great Dr. She explained what was needed to do and was very easy to talk with.
