I had a great experience receiving chiropractic care from Dr. Downing at Accelerate Health throughout my pregnancy! Dr. Downing specializes in prenatal care, and I received regular adjustments and dry needling, both of which were incredibly helpful in managing the aches and pains that came with pregnancy. I've seen her for prenatal chiropractic care through all three of my pregnancies, and I can't recommend her enough. She's always positive and kind, and she truly listens to her patients. She helped me manage sciatica pain both during and after pregnancy, and her care and encouragement were a big part of why I was able to have a natural delivery. If you're pregnant or postpartum and looking for a chiropractor who is skilled, caring, and genuinely supportive, she's the one to see!

Dr. Downing is absolutely fantastic! When I was in my third trimester, my son was facing backwards, Dr. Downing was able to use the Webster Technique to get him moved into the optimal position for birth. I kept seeing her postpartum for adjustments that helped my body transition back into normal alignment. I highly recommend Dr. Downing for anyone but even more specifically for woman who are pregnant or postpartum. I greatly credit her care for my ability to get back to all the moving and working that life requires.

Just wanted to come here and say that Dr. Brittany Downing is amazing. I started going to her for prenatal chiropractic care years ago when pregnant with my first child. If you have a musculoskeletal issue, ask if shockwave therapy would help! I had tendonitis in both wrists (mommy wrist) and Dr. Downing suggested shockwave therapy. I went from barely being able to pick things up to having almost no pain after 3 sessions. It absolutely works, and after my PCP said the next step would be surgery, I was so relieved to find a therapy that would keep me off that path! I will be recommending shockwave therapy and Accelerate Health to anyone who will listen.
