Joe and Kevin have taken care of my vehicle for years. Most recently, my car was making a loud noise only occasionally and never when I took it to the shop. The guys believed me, was able to replicate what I was hearing, and I scheduled my repair out a couple weeks due to my work schedule. Where to begin on this review. Was out of our suv for almost 3 weeks with another shop already failing to fix an issue with the transmission and wasting a bunch of our warranty coverage on "we think this will fix it" solutions. Thats when we brought it to Joe. After explaining all the headache we have had with the other shop to them they took on the challenge.
