Although I am not a resident of this property, I live in the same cul-de-sac and have had the pleasure of knowing several of the tenants over the years. Unfortunately, I've watched some truly wonderful neighbors—like a kind young family with two small children—move out due to ongoing issues with the property management company. Me and my fiancé signed a lease with Jeni on her 1579 Sandhill Road property. We were three days from moving into the home when we got a call from Leanne saying that Jeni actually had a “friend” who had backed out from getting the home before us, and they changed their mind and ended up wanting the home. So they gave the home to Jeni’s family friend and left us with nowhere to go. It was very unprofessional, so please be careful when looking into getting a home with Accel Property Management.
Did not live in one of their units but read through one of Accel Property Management leases for a friend who had applied to one of Accel's properties and asked me to read through it. Accel's contract was very intensive, over the top favored the landlord, and in crucial areas was vague. Make sure to consult with an attorney before signing a lease with Accel.
I started living in one of their houses 4 years ago and even after moving out of state I always come back to these guys. They’re more responsive than any property management company I’ve dealt with. They’re so willing to help. Leanne is so understanding but also helps you learn about your responsibility. Appreciate they’re hard work! Great honest people with good quality places at such competitive prices. Won’t find a better company around to work with. Thanks you guys for always helping me out!
