First time here and will definitely be a returning customer. Got an initial estimate over the phone. Called back a few days later and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Both gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. The quality and speed of work were great. Everything you could ask for with a first impression.
My water pump went out on my truck and they were able to get me in the same day and did a great job. Highly recommend
The gentleman at Accel Vandalia were patient and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable & their work is reliable. They also answered all my questions without making me feel unknowable. I will be going back!
The staff there are amazing from Jenny at the front desk to Jamie the owner, they fixed my vehicles for a price better than other garages and actually did the work and the repairs also worked!
I had my 2014 Toyota Camry in to have brakes and rotors done on the front. They call to tell me its done, and oh btw your brake light, traction light and ABS light is on...if you want us to diagnose it it will be about 100 bucks. Be advised they were not on when I dropped the car off, why should I pay for a diagnoses. Someone please address this problem from Accel. $445 later.....oh and I also had an oil change done same appt..please explain....
