Horrible company. They gave us an estimate for auto repair and it was all paid for upfront. They charged us an additional $1200 for something they didn’t confirm with us. They also took extra weeks than they originally said. We didn’t expect to pay anything else so we didn’t pick it up right away. They then charged us $185 plus tax/day for holding the car. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. When we got car back and realized the paint job was horrible. Don’t take your cars here! Would never recommend.
ACC collision worked on my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. And it looks amazing! 10000% would reccomend! A++++++ 20 stars!! Thanks so much Team ACC
Seemed promising but lacked the common courtesy of replying after I sent photos as requested! Edit in response: A bit confused by the finger pointing in your response. I find it either dishonest or misinformed on your end. The person who answered my phone call requested pictures so that they could be shown to the owner in order to determine if it was a project that ACC was willing to do. At no point did I receive any confirmation that it was! I was told that I would get a call back after sending the pictures but never did.
Great People, they dropped everything to help me. You can't find a better place.
Overall A+ across the board. The timeframe, customer service, pricing, and the quality of the work was great. I will definitely be back in the future and would also recommend them to anyone in need of that kind of work. Thank you for your help in rebuilding my GTI. Keep up the good work.
