I would like to share my experience. We switched to acasa after things didn’t work with 2 other companies. We understood 24 care is not easy. Last companies could not staff fully and we always had to deal with too many different faces. I needed stability for dad. Trusting in a company for help was daunting but a friend referred them. I can appreciate why Maria is keen on helping people locally. I don’t know any other owner of a company who would go as far as working a shift if an emergency happens. Our last company was a nightmare and charged for every little task. If we needed someone to check on mom, acasa was always there no questions asked. Living ways away from an elder parent can be scary. This company is a blessing for our family.

We hired Acasa senior care, Roseville for three years to care for my 87-year-old mother-in-law, and I can confidently say they exceeded our expectations. They assisted with daily needs such as light meal preparation, mobility around the home, personal care, and general support. I started working as a caregiver for ACASA when I was 23 with little experience and minimal medical knowledge, and I have grown since. I have been with the company for three years, and I’ve only had one incident with a client that my bosses were able to resolve with ease. The ACASA team is great! I started working with ACASA around March of 2024 and it has been a very pleasant and rewarding experience. The owner ( Shaun and Maria) and the rest of the staff are extremely nice to work with. They are always available if you have any questions or need anything. I felt supported and valued as a member of the team from the very start.
